These Terms govern your use of InsightRaider, a data analytics platform for digital products.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. What InsightRaider Does
InsightRaider is an online service that analyzes the estimated performance of digital products across platforms like Gumroad, Systeme.io, Whop, and others.
We provide revenue estimates, traffic data, and trend analysis based on public data and our own algorithms.
3. Getting Access
3.1 Registration
You need an account to use InsightRaider. Please provide accurate, current information when signing up.
3.2 Subscription
Beta pricing is €29/month for the first 100 users. That price is locked for life for early adopters.
After beta, the standard price goes to €49/month.
4. How You Can Use It
4.1 What's Allowed
You can use InsightRaider to:
- Analyze digital product performance
- Find market opportunities
- Validate product ideas
- Do market research
4.2 What's Not Allowed
Don't do any of the following:
- Resell or redistribute our data
- Scrape us with bots or automated scripts
- Try to break our security
- Use the service for anything illegal
- Share your account with others
5. Intellectual Property
Everything in the service — design, code, algorithms, data — belongs to InsightRaider and is protected by IP law.
Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our data: InsightRaider provides estimates, not guarantees. Numbers are based on public data and algorithms. They won't be perfectly accurate.
Your decisions: We're not responsible for business or investment decisions you make based on our data.
Uptime: We aim for 24/7 availability but don't guarantee zero downtime.
7. Personal Data
We handle your data according to GDPR. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
8.1 You Cancel
Cancel anytime from your account. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
8.2 We Cancel
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, especially in cases of abuse or fraud.
9. Changes to These Terms
We can update these Terms at any time. We'll email you and changes take effect 30 days after notice.
If you disagree with the new Terms, you can cancel your subscription.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to French courts.
