When does Gumroad pay out in 2026?

Checked September 22, 2026. Use the date on your Payouts dashboard to plan cash flow. The send date and the date your bank credits the money are separate events.

Check Gumroad's full country list for your destination. Monthly and quarterly schedules retain your assigned weekday; eligible daily payouts are an exception. Bank holidays can extend arrival times.

For standard scheduled payouts, distinguish three stages: the sale, its eligible payout period, and the transfer arriving. A sale made today should not be treated as cash available to spend tomorrow.

Gumroad groups sales by a Friday cutoff in UTC. Your payout report shows the sales period covered; compare that period with the sale date before reporting a missing payment. Your analytics use your account's time zone, so totals for an apparently identical date range can differ.

For a practical cash-flow check, record the sale date, displayed payout date and actual arrival date separately. This keeps a scheduled payment from being confused with a late transfer.

Yes, if eligible. US daily payouts require an eligible bank account, four previous payouts and 60 days of processing. US instant payouts require one prior payout and 60 days; settled amounts from $1 up to $10,000 carry a 3% fee. Neither waits for the standard seven-day hold. A buyer paying through your connected PayPal checkout is another distinct case: the net sale proceeds go directly to that PayPal account. The dashboard deducts that amount from later payouts because you already received it. See how PayPal payouts appear in the report.

A new account must pass review before payouts begin. Gumroad estimates 1–3 weeks, depending on the sales data available; this is an estimate, not a promised delivery date. See the account review process.

While review is pending, scheduled payouts can be skipped and earnings remain in your balance. Reaching the payout minimum alone does not release them. Your account also needs accepted payment details, completed verification and no outstanding hold. Buying your own product does not qualify as a legitimate sale or accelerate review. 1. Check the payout period and status. Is the sale included, and has a transfer actually been sent?
2. Check the threshold. Compare the available balance with the minimum shown on your account, including any higher threshold you selected.
3. Check Payment Settings and email. Resolve identity verification, rejected bank details, account review or paused payouts. Follow the specific reason shown.
4. Check PayPal restrictions. The account must be able to receive USD and receive payments in its registered country.
5. Contact support for an overdue payment. Gumroad asks creators to email [email protected] when a payout is more than one week late.

The Payouts dashboard separates total sales, deductions and the net transfer. Export the payout CSV and reconcile those lines instead of comparing your bank deposit with gross sales. PayPal checkout proceeds may already have arrived separately.
